Datuk Selva Mookiah, an Advocate and Solicitor High Court Malaya Former Member & MACC Operation Advisory Panel Qualified Risk Director, was sharing about the Offences Under Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission ACT 2009 (MACC ACT 2009).
The main offences under the MACC are :
i. Section 16(a) – any person corruptly solicits or accepts or agrees to accept for himself or for any other person any gratitification
ii. Section 16(b) – any person corruptly gives, promises or offers to any person any gratification.
iii. Section 17(a) – as an agent corruptly accepts or obtains any gratification
